Hello!! I started creating as child, but had a period in my late teens where I didnt make anything. I started creating artwork casually again between 2012-2014, and professionally as Fine Art by Jeremiah Bell in 2015. Over the past 4 years, I have tried to dabble in a little bit of everything art related, to acquaint myself with the art world as a whole. I have organized high class art-based events, worked as an Event Coordinator and Art Director, assisted Music & Art festival productions, Live Painted for music festivals and concerts, and created residential & commercial custom art commissions. I create personal projects regularly as well; ideas are always popping into my head, and if I don't take advantage right away, the idea is lost to the abyss! I enjoy working in all mediums;however, my go-to materials are currently Acrylic & Oil paint pens and brushes, Sharpie, Watercolors, and Colored Pencils. My choice of canvas has always been non-conventional; I prefer creating on broken instruments, vinyl records and various found items, along with your average paper and canvas. Recycling materials for my fine art pieces is one of my passions! My inspiration comes from everyday life, the environment, art history, ancient civilizations, current events, music, my emotions, and most importantly, people I interact with daily. My process changes project to project; sometimes it involves a pre-sketching period where I get ideas onto paper, then proceed to the actual finished piece. Other times I free-hand the finished piece with no sketch as a reference; this is usually how my instruments begin. I work on several pieces at the same time, allowing myself room to keep a fresh perspective on each individual piece. I enjoy listening to music when I am making art more often than not. I try to play guitar and piano intermittently while creating to give my brain a little break; improvised music helps my work flow and allows me to think outside of the proverbial box.
